Amy Ly, Elevate’s Director of Postsecondary Access, leads Elevate’s efforts to help regional high school students find a meaningful path after graduation.  Amy grew up in Yakima, Washington and attended Whitman College and University of California Berkeley School of Law.  Amy and her husband moved back to Walla Walla in search of a tightknit community to raise their young children.

With a background in law and entrepreneurial experience, Amy brings a unique perspective to her work, combining strategic leadership with a passion for educational equity.  She manages grants that provide crucial resources to help students from marginalized backgrounds navigate the path to higher education, while leading regional partners through systemic change.  Amy is deeply committed to creating opportunities for success and breaking down barriers to college attendance, ensuring that all students, regardless of their circumstances, have the support they need to pursue their academic and professional dreams.
