Systems Strategist

Heather Lane has been appointed as the Systems Strategist with Elevate, where she leads middle school development initiatives in the Walla Walla Valley. She was born and raised in Walla Walla and has lived in Prescott for the past 15 years. With 12 years of experience in education and an additional 3 years in social services and nonprofit work, Heather brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science and is passionate about fostering connections, promoting social and emotional wellness, and empowering individuals within her community. In her free time, Heather enjoys traveling, attending live music events, painting, and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
